*Cancellation Policy

Gold members that cancels their membership within 6 months without using the using or earning tokens receive a full refund. Gold members who do not use or earn tokens during their first full year of membership receive a second year of membership free.

Gold members who earn or use tokens, but cancel before 12 payments have been made are liable for the remaining months.  Example a Gold member used the service for free accommodation, but cancels their account after 9 months pays a cancellation fee of $29.97 (3 months at $9.99 per month).
